Booking Terms

Scope
These Booking Terms apply when you enquire about, book, or participate in any trip package or services sold by ne • ri Adventures.
Booking and Contract Formation
A booking is confirmed only when:
Payment has been received and accepted, and
You receive written confirmation by email.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to book on behalf of all travelers in your party. The lead booker is responsible for sharing these terms with all travelers.
Traveler information
You must provide complete and accurate traveler details when requested, including passport details where required, and any relevant medical information that could affect the trip.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in $USD and are per person unless stated otherwise.
A deposit of $[DEPOSIT] is required to reserve a place, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
The balance is due [X] days before departure.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
Changes to itinerary
We may make reasonable changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, road conditions, operational constraints, or events outside our control. Where possible, we will provide a comparable alternative.
Third party suppliers
Parts of your trip may be delivered by third party suppliers, including local operators, accommodation providers, transport providers, and activity providers. We coordinate these services but are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Travel insurance
Travel and medical insurance is mandatory. You are responsible for ensuring your policy covers the activities and regions in your itinerary.
Assumption of Risk
Adventure travel involves inherent risks including injury, illness, delays, and disruption due to weather, altitude, road conditions, and local infrastructure. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow guide instructions at all times.
Complaints
If you have an issue during the trip, you must notify the on ground team as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it. If unresolved, you may submit a written complaint to info@exploreneri.com within [30] days of trip end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION] and the courts of [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the traveller
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at info@exploreneri.com The date we receive your email is the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation charges:
60 days or more before departure: deposit forfeited
30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost forfeited
0 to 29 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge if:
The new departure date is within 12 months of the original date, and
The request is made 61 days or more before departure.
Requests made closer to departure are treated as cancellations. After one free reschedule, an admin fee of $[AMOUNT] may apply, plus any supplier charges.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel before departure due to safety, political instability, extreme weather, or events outside reasonable control. If we cancel, you may choose:
Transfer of paid amounts to an alternative date, or
A refund.
If cancellation is due to a force majeure event, refunds may be less any unrecoverable costs paid to suppliers. We are not responsible for incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as flights, visas, insurance excess, or non refundable third party costs.
